As everyone is aware the cost of fuel and transportation is quite high these days, consequently we are no longer able to offer free shipping.

**For fragile and heavy items we use a White Glove service which means your furniutre will be unpacked, and assembled in an accessible room of your choice, and all packaging shall be removed

An  Alternative cheaper Pallet option is available for all items of furniture upon request

There is an additional charge for Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, and Ireland – please contact us.

 

We take care of the furniture and lighting that you order, and use trusted delivery companies to ensure that your furniture is cared for all the way to your door.

Bulbs, Light Items and standard items are shipped on a next day service via Delivery Solutions, who use the APC network.

The next day service that we use guarantees delivery to your address by 4pm, Monday till Friday.

We are able to arrange delivery outside of this time frame, however there will be an additional charge.

If the furniture or lighting that you order is held in stock at our North Wales showroom then it will be despatched that day (If we receive the order before 1pm)

If you order a standard sized custom made item of furniture for e.g. Leather Dining Chairs, then once your furniture arrives at our showroom from the manufacturers, we will check the order for any damage then despatch them on a next day service (We will always call/e-mail you to let you know we are going to despatch your order)

Charges for out of hours service delivery of Standard & Light items

Saturday Delivery   –    £15 surcharge

By 9pm – £15 surcharge

If you would like to pay for an out of hours delivery service, please request it over the phone or within the customers notes.

Heavy and Fragile items of Furniture 

For the heavy and fragile items of furniture that we sell we use a White Glove delivery service, provided by Home & Retail, to ensure that you receive the best possible level of service.

  • Your furniture will be carefully delivered by professional furniture carriers
  • Your furniture will be carried to the room of your choosing (access dependant)
  • Your furniture will be unwrapped and professionally assembled
  • All of the packaging shall be removed from your house

Returns and Refunds

We hope that your order will arrive to you in excellent condition and that you will be fully happy with your order, however if something isn’t right then the following action can be taken.

If you have ordered an item that we hold in stock and you are not happy with it you have the right to return the product within 14 days for a full refund, we do require for you to notify us in writing as well as by phone, please email sales@juliajones.co.uk. Once the item arrives back at our showroom we will refund you the full amount spent.

However if an item is bespoke and made to order, ie. A sofa or armchair covered in the fabric of your choosing, then you are unable to return the item simply if you don’t like the look of it. If the item of furniture is damaged or faulty in anyway we will happily arrange a replacement. This does not include faults of a cosmetic nature arising from normal wear and tear during use

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty in any way then please contact as us as soon as you notice the damage. We will be more than willing to help, firstly we may request pictures of the damage, sent to us via email, and a written description of the problem. This is for our records and enables us to get a replacement arranged for you much quicker. We will generally uplift the faulty item and replace it with brand new one.
